Summer Lunch Program
Each summer, The Open Door/Cape Ann Food Pantry offers a 10-week program offering free lunch for kids aged one to 18.
In 2008, a grant from Project Bread allowed us to expand the program to include five sites in Gloucester and one in Rockport. Menus include locally grown produce, whole wheat breads, and low-fat milk.
We offer the Summer Lunch Program in partnership with both the Gloucester and Rockport Housing Authority, the Gloucester School
Food Service, and the Cape Ann YMCA.
