The Open Door Ipswich Community Food Pantry offers weekly custom grocery orders. Quick-Trip, 3-5 day supplies of groceries are also available for those with or without a kitchen who need food as soon as possible.

Who can go to the Ipswich Community Food Pantry?

We serve 11 cities and towns: Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich, Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Hamilton, Wenham, Boxford, Topsfield, Rowley, and Georgetown. You must also comply with current TEFAP Income Guidelines to qualify for our food services.

We also have a food pantry in Gloucester, open M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What if I need groceries right now and cannot wait for my application to be processed?

No problem. Come to the Ipswich Community Food Pantry during business hours to pick-up a “Quick Trip” 3-5 day supply of groceries. While you’re here, you can also get a meal to-go. Quick-trips are also available at the Gloucester Food Pantry M-F from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
